Directions:
Light one end of the the sage stick and let it burn for about 20 seconds before gently blowing out the flame.
You will see orange embers and the smoke will simulate that of incense. If the sage stick burns out, simply re-light it and continue.
Wave the cleansing smoke into all corners of the space, stirring up the energetic dust.
Ensure the room is well ventilated, with open windows and doors.
When you are finished, put the smudge stick out by stubbing it out in a flame proof dish.
Following this cleanse with a few squirts of our Affirmation Room Spray to reinvigorate the space with positive and intentional energy.
