Shipping and Returns Policy

 

SHIPPING

We offer FREE standard shipping within Australia on all orders over $65 AUD.

Orders under $65 AUD will be shipped for a flat fee of $9.95.

 

Each item is cleansed and carefully wrapped in recyclable packaging.

All orders will be shipped with Australia Post and the tracking number will be sent via email.

It is the buyers responsibility to make sure the address details are accurate and that the parcel is signed for/collected in a timely manner. Should the parcel be returned to sender, additional charges will apply for the parcel to be resent.

Australia Post recommends purchasing insurance cover if the value of the purchase is over $100. Should you wish to do so, please email us for a quote.

 

Unfortunately we do not offer International Shipping at this time.

RETURNS

Damages

​

Whilst every effort is taken to ensure each item is securely packed, sometimes damages occur during transit. Should your item arrive in an unsatisfactory manner, please contact us at tash@theconsciousstyler.com within 48hrs with a description and photos of the damages.

A gentle reminder that crystals are created by mother nature so slight imperfection like cracks, lines or chips may be present and will not be a reason for a refund. Please check the listing images carefully before purchasing.

 

Change of mind - Crystals Only

Whilst we try to capture the beauty of every piece, we understand that change of mind purchases do occur.

Should you wish to return your item due to change of mind we will be happy to do so under the following conditions:

- the item must be in its original condition. An assessment of this will be undertaken upon receipt of the returned item and you will be notified by email of the outcome.

- change of mind returns will be offered a store credit only

- a 10% restocking fee will apply to each item returned

- the store credit will be for the item only, shipping costs are non-refundable

- any returns will be shipped at the buyers expense. We do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged returns and so we recommend sending with a tracking service that includes transit insurance.
